This policy explains what InnSmith LLC ("Innsmith," "we," "us") collects on innsmith.com and how we use it. Innsmith is currently in a pre-launch stage — this policy will be expanded as we introduce a product and account features.

Right now, innsmith.com collects one thing directly from visitors: the email address you submit through our "Notify Me" signup form. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts on this site.

How We Use It

We use the email address you provide solely to notify you about Innsmith's launch and related updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain signup email addresses until launch communications are complete or until you ask us to remove your information, whichever comes first.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@innsmith.com. We will honor reasonable requests promptly.

Changes to This Policy

As Innsmith moves from pre-launch to an operating product, this policy will be updated to reflect any new data we collect and how it's handled. We'll post the revised effective date above when that happens.
